Account Manager Private Clients

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Global Asset Protection (GAP) team, responsible for the personal insurance needs of high net worth individuals and corporate clients.

The Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and developing existing client relationships, growing the portfolio, and providing expert advice and subject matter expertise to deliver a class-leading service.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and ensuring they are fulfilled.
  • Provide day-to-day client service, answering queries and offering advice on insurance scenarios.
  • Negotiate favourable terms with insurers and ensure client retention targets are met.
  • Encourage new business referrals and recommendations from existing clients.
  • Operate within business procedures and requirements, adhering to FCA operating principles and Treating Customers Fairly.

Working closely with our Mumbai and A&S teams, you will ensure timely delivery of service and settlement of accounts.
