Job Title: Director - NatCen InternationalAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Director of NatCen International. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing intellectual leadership and guidance to a team of outstanding research and social policy experts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to NatCen International, including building and managing a high-performing international team.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to develop and implement influencing strategies that promote NatCen International and its research outputs.
  • Identify and secure funding opportunities to support the growth and development of NatCen International.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with key organizations and stakeholders to advance the Centre's research and advisory services.
  • Oversee the quality assurance of research, training, and advisory support outputs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of excellence.
  • Mentor and develop the skills of team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Ensure the Centre's values and ethical standards are upheld in all aspects of work.
