Director of International Research

As the Director of International Research at the National Centre for Social Research, you will lead our global team in shaping social policy and practice worldwide. With a strong track record in leading projects and expertise in complex project management, you will provide intellectual leadership and guidance to a team of outstanding research and social policy experts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the strategic direction of NatCen International in collaboration with the Board of Trustees, CEO, Leadership team, Senior Management team, and NatCen International Advisory Board.
- Oversee revenue growth and ensure the quality of all research, training, and advisory support outputs in key geographies, including Southeast Asia, the MENA region, Africa, and Latin America.
- Build and manage an engaged and growing international team, providing opportunities for professional development and growth.
- Engage with donors to attract funding for NatCen International and develop influencing strategies to promote the organization globally.
- Develop partnerships and expertise to establish NatCen International across various topic areas, such as Gender Equality and Social Inclusivity, CT, Violence and Human Rights, Global Health, Governance, and Economic Growth.
- Provide advice, guidance, and quality assurance for research, training courses, and advisory support, ensuring high ethical and information security standards.
