Key Responsibilities- Complete accurate nursing notes and maintain up-to-date client records.
- Assist in the safe ordering, custody, storing, and administration of medication.
- Evaluate and update care plans to ensure they meet each client's unique needs.
- Respect each client's autonomy and promote their independence.
- Participate in daily handovers and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Fantastic support with Learning & Development – fully funded clinical skills and mandatory training.
- Full support with Revalidation.
- Free access to Online Royal Marsden Clinical Procedures Manual.
- RCNi eLearning system to support learning & development and Revalidation.
