Job Description

The Wayman Group is recruiting an experienced High School Science Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and stimulating lessons across a range of science disciplines. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the curriculum, exceptional teaching skills, and a genuine passion for inspiring students.

  • Deliver high-quality science lessons to students at KS3, KS4, and KS5
  • Develop and implement innovative teaching approaches and resources
  • Effectively assess and monitor student progress

Requirements:
  • A relevant science degree (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field)
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience teaching science at KS3, KS4, and KS5
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and expertise, aligning with the MPS/UPS pay scale.
