The Senior Project Manager's Role
The successful Senior Project Manager will possess high levels of motivation and drive, working primarily on mid to large-scale healthcare commissions ranging from £500k to £40m.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee projects from beginning to end, performing on-site front-end due diligence work, pre-contract management, and phase-by-phase management of the building process.
- Manage multiple projects and teams, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within budget and scope.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or a similar construction-related subject.
- Previous client-facing Project Management experience.
- Commercial background (Desirable)
- Experience working within the healthcare sector (Desirable)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
- Previous experience working at Senior Project Manager level at a construction consultancy.
