Senior Site Manager (Education Projects)

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + Car / allowance + travel + bonus (discretionary) + 25 days holiday

Location: Surrey

A leading Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee new build and refurbishment projects within the education sector, up to £5m in value.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of working on education projects for a reputable main contractor, with experience delivering new build and refurbishment projects up to £5m in value.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Coordinating with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Managing site documentation and paperwork
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

The successful candidate will have:

  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
