Office Operations Support Manager

M Group Services is currently seeking an Office Operations Support Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Southern Water Frameworks, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Senior Management Team and ensuring the smooth operation of our MWS Southern Water Programme.
As an Office Operations Support Manager, you will be a highly organized and efficient individual who is able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing office facilities, including liaison with our clients' facility management team, and ensuring that our IT services are running smoothly. You will also be responsible for developing strategies for office layout and branding, and maintaining our stakeholder mapping and engagement plan.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be proficient in Microsoft Office and other business communication tools. You will be self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative, with excellent planning and time management skills. You will also have effective communication skills and be able to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
