The Receptionist Part-Time role is a vital part of maintaining a positive and professional image for Savills Management Resources. As the first point of contact for visitors and tenants, you will be responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere at the front reception desk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Presenting a Professional Image: Maintain the highest standards of presentation at the property, ensuring the reception area is clean, tidy, and welcoming to all visitors.
  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Display a courteous, professional, and helpful nature at all times, providing assistance to visitors and tenants alike.
  • Administrative Support: Carry out duties in accordance with instructions from the RFM and/or Area Manager, including acknowledging and actioning helpdesk jobs and communicating with relevant departments or contractors.
  • Visitor Management: Take ownership of the visitor management system, providing content to support the building's occupier platform and administering new users.
  • Building Relationships: Establish a professional working relationship with tenants and contractors, being the first point of contact for the building and providing a seamless experience for visitors.
  • Logistics and Coordination: Meet and greet all visitors, maintain an accurate log of visitor records, and direct visitors to the site as needed.
  • Tenant Communication: Where possible, contact occupying tenants prior to allowing visitors beyond reception to obtain their authority.
