Medical Receptionist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Medical Receptionist. As the first point of contact for patients, this role requires excellent communication and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering telephone calls and dealing with patient enquiries
  • Processing prescriptions and organising appointments
  • Providing administrative support to the practice

This is a part-time role, requiring flexibility to cover annual leave and sick leave. Knowledge of clinical systems such as Vision and Docman is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
