About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Management Leader to join our team at Mastek. The successful candidate will have a strong background in agile delivery, with experience of preparing teams for GDS assessments.

The ideal candidate will be able to plan, track, and deliver programmes to quality, time, and financial parameters. A proven track record of driving continuous quality improvements and adopting industry-standard good practices is essential.

Experience of managing multiple programmes simultaneously is also required, as well as excellent inter-personal and communication skills. A background in healthcare is a must.

Estimated Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 per year
