Job Title: Teaching Support Program Manager

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead our Teaching Support initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating programs that enhance teaching practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic plans to improve teaching practices and student outcomes.
  • Manage teams of trainers and assessors to deliver high-quality training programs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for future improvements.

Requirements:

  • Hold a relevant degree or have 2 years' experience in a related field.
  • Have expertise in adult learning principles, assessment methods, and project management.
  • Able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Estimated Salary: £42,000 - £60,000 per annum.
