About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Customer Service team at William Hill. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our customers, ensuring they receive an exceptional experience in our betting shops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of Customer Service Representatives to deliver excellent customer service
  • Coach and develop your team members to achieve their full potential
  • Maintain high standards of visual displays and ensure the shop is always well-presented
  • Build strong relationships with customers and provide a personalized service
  • Champion safer gambling practices and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Open and close the shop, with support from your team as required
  • Drive sales and achieve targets through effective team management
