Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of staff in a café environment, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service
* Ensure the café is clean and presentable at all times
* Assist with staff rota scheduling and daily team briefs
* Maintain records and provide training to team members
* Motivate and lead the team, providing a positive and supportive work environment
* Provide excellent customer service to clients and deal with complaints effectively
* Serve hot food and beverages, operate the till, and handle cash

Requirements:

* Previous experience working as a team leader or supervisor in a hospitality environment
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to shift patterns if required
