We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader to join our team at Quarriers, a leading provider of services for people with physical and learning disabilities.

As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and effective running of our services, working closely with our Project Managers to deliver high-quality care and support.

Key responsibilities will include managing your own time and support hours, ensuring compliance with organisational administrative tasks, and promoting a person-centred approach to service delivery.

We are looking for someone with excellent problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for making a difference in people's lives.

As a Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our SVQ accredited centre, and enjoy a range of benefits including generous holiday entitlement, training and development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
