Support Associate for Children
We are seeking a dedicated Support Associate for Children to join our team of professionals working with young learners in Swanscombe. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting children’s learning and development, particularly those with special educational needs (SEND).
Responsibilities include providing 1:1 or small group support to students, supporting their academic, social, and emotional development, and helping create a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation.
Key Requirements:
- Passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
- Open to working with children with special educational needs.
- Ability to work well as part of a team, supporting both students and teaching staff.
