Departmental Leadership Coordinator Job Summary

**Job Purpose:**

The Departmental Leadership Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional support to departmental leaders, ensuring seamless delivery of business objectives and driving excellence across all aspects of store operations.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to develop and implement operational plans
  • Maintain accurate records of sales data, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics
  • Provide coaching and guidance to departmental leaders to enhance their leadership skills

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership or coordination role
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Estimated Salary Range:** £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
