Transport for London (TfL) is seeking a highly skilled Service Performance Manager to join our Networks and Hosting team within Technology Service Operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our core infrastructure and services, which are critical to the safe and efficient running of London's transport services.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the transition and introduction of new services into live environments, ensuring compliance with TfL's mandatory standards and policies.
- Oversee the performance of services within your portfolio, including suppliers and internal teams, to meet agreed service level targets.
- Analyse reports and data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance service delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities.
- Develop and maintain support and contractual collateral, including knowledge scripts and technical documentation.
- ITIL V4 Service Management certification (desirable)
- Broad knowledge of software development, DevOps, and Project Management methodologies
- Effective technical support services to a complex, multi-site operation
- Enterprise Resource Planning and Asset Management systems
- Cloud computing service models, such as SaaS, PaaS, IaaS
- Final salary pension scheme
