We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at CleverHR. As a key member of our Wealth Management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our Financial Planners and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical and administrative support to Financial Planners, including calculating maximum borrowing and retirement benefits, processing retirement benefit applications, and maintaining accurate records.
- Carry out routine administration tasks, such as daily reconciliation of bank accounts, banking of cheques, and preparing client meeting notes.
- Liaise with clients, actuaries, accountants, Pension Trustees, HMRC, and other professional connections via various methods.
- Maintain a diary confirming the date of any drawdown anniversaries and rent reviews.
- Prepare Annual Review Packs, including Accounts Reconciliation & Annual Statements, and issue Client Meeting Notes and undertake action points.
- Invoice clients in accordance with Client Agreements and maintain client contact over telephone, email, face to face.
- Educated to A level standard (or equivalent) as a minimum.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a SSAS client servicing and administration role.
- Good technical knowledge of SSASs and their use in financial planning.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, actuaries, accountants, Pension Trustees, HMRC, and other professional connections.
- Knowledge of in-house money laundering procedures relevant to role and individual responsibilities in this area.
- Knowledge of Data Protection legislation relevant to role.
- Salary £25,000 to £32,000 per annum (dependant on qualifications and experience).
- 2 x salary life assurance.
- Pension; Salary sacrifice scheme available.
- 24 days' holiday - Increasing incrementally in recognition of continuous service.

- Hybrid Working Scheme – Following completion of initial training and induction.
