Job Title: Finance Manager Block & Almshouse Management

Mulberry PM Ltd is a fast-paced, forward-thinking company offering Residential Block and Almshouse management services across Yorkshire.
We're passionate about upholding the Almshouse vision of providing secure, comfortable homes to elderly and/or vulnerable adults, and work with charities to provide this.
We help trustees and board members manage the day-to-day operation of Almshouses on a bespoke basis.
We provide all round management for Residential Blocks and Estates throughout Yorkshire.
You will be managing the finances of some of our Almshouse Charities and Block Management portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reconciling Bank accounts
- Preparing finance reports for Trustees meetings
- Working with external accountants on providing reconciliations and paperwork for year-end accounts (but not full preparation)
- Raising and distributing service charge and admin invoices
- Banking payments and bank reconciliation
- Client Year End Reconciliation including responding to queries from leaseholders
Solid all round bookkeeping experience to trial balance level is required. Solid experience and confidence with Excel and ideally also Xero or similar accounting packages are also necessary.
