About the Role

We are looking to recruit a skilled Care Worker to join our team at Windsor House, Oswestry, Shropshire. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to adults with learning and physical disabilities.

As a Wake Night Social Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing hands-on care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. Your primary focus will be on creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to residents with learning and physical disabilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Encourage residents to participate in activities that promote independence and social interaction
  • Maintain accurate records of resident's care plans and progress

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent in Health and Social Care or a related field
  • Experience working with adults with learning and physical disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
