About the Role

Care Assistant - Person-Centred Care at Home

Hales Homecare, a division of the Hales Group, provides person-centred care to a diverse range of customers, ensuring they can remain within the comfort of their own home while continuing to live safely and independently.

Main Responsibilities

As a Hales Care Assistant, you will support and provide person-centred care to a range of individuals with different needs, allowing them to live independently in their homes, surrounded by the things they love.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing companionship
  • Assisting with personal care routines, e.g. dressing and bathing
  • Helping with getting out of bed in the morning
  • Supporting with light domestic tasks
  • Meal preparation and cooking
  • Supporting with medication, mobility, and other care needs
