About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Service Associate to join our team at The Lensbury Resort. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service: Ensure the provision of outstanding food and beverage service to our guests and members, including taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling payments.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders and maintain a high level of service quality.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety requirements, including maintaining a clean and safe working environment and following proper food handling and preparation procedures.
  • Upselling and Suggesting: Upsell and suggest additional food and beverage items to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as a waiter, bartender, or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
