Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our F&B team, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of an exceptional experience for our guests and members. This will involve:

Key Responsibilities
  • Opening and closing down of F&B outlets, ensuring a seamless service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and handling payments accurately
  • Upselling and suggesting additional food and beverage items to enhance the guest experience
  • Preparing and serving a range of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
  • Liaising with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
  • Adhering to all Health and Safety requirements and maintaining a safe working environment
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or food service environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills, with a focus on delivering efficient and effective service
