**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Expert to join our EMEA team at Clarivate. As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering pre-sales services to customers of our Library and Research Analytics products.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and deliver targeted sales presentations for new prospects.
  • Build relevant sales and customer education materials.
  • Collaborate with sales colleagues to plan and execute commercial strategies.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including product development, technical support, and marketing.
  • Schedule, promote, and deliver business presentations to professionals and end-user classes for libraries, faculty, and researchers at academic, government, non-profit, and corporate research institutions.
  • Create materials to support key products in the Library and Research Analytics market.
  • Deliver web-based business presentations and script online tutorials.
  • Provide situational sales support, workshop management, and delivery of materials and presentations.
  • Partner with the marketing team and sales account managers to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Cultivate relationships with customers and training partners at major research universities, government agencies, and corporations.
  • Develop and adhere to project plans and schedules.

**About the Team**

The role reports to the Senior Manager, Solution Consulting, and is part of an EMEA team of business operations experts supporting the Academic & Government business. The team collaborates with all organizational functions, including Product, Global Sales & Marketing, through our management team.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in technical pre-sales/solution consulting positions.
  • Fluency in English and French required.
  • Additional European language fluency and experience with MS Office, data management, and prior experience working in scientific publishing or research are desirable.

**Working Arrangements**

This is a full-time permanent position based in the UK, with hybrid working arrangements requiring 2-3 days per week in the London office and the remainder of the week remote. The position involves high travel (20%-40%).
