About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Human Factors professional to lead projects in the nuclear industry and beyond. You will work closely with our clients to provide specialist Human Factors support and develop your skills in a dynamic consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Human Factors projects in the nuclear industry and other safety-critical domains
  • Develop and implement Human Factors solutions to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality projects and services
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our Human and Organisational Factors team
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in Human Factors
  • At least 5 years' experience in the UK Nuclear Industry
  • Strong technical knowledge in Human Factors
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
