Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our excellent Primary Schools in Ashington. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting pupils with varied SEN and challenging behaviour, and will be able to build strong relationships with both students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support pupils with challenging behaviour and SEND on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
  • Manage challenging behaviour in a positive, proactive, and consistent manner
  • Build positive relationships with Class Teachers and other staff members to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements:
  • Experience working with pupils with SEN and challenging behaviour
