Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Partner Manager to join our Prime Video Channels content team and support the Prime Video Channels business EU-wide.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and understand all internal and external variables that impact EU partners, monitoring, understanding, and reporting on the business, and executing projects to achieve business objectives.
Drive process improvements and the use of operational excellence best practices while designing long-term solutions.
Have a thorough understanding of the industry, seasonality, and business trends/events, and continually monitor industry developments.
Have a complete understanding of the customer and partner needs, both existing and potential, and use that knowledge to make recommendations to Prime Video Leadership on process and partner experience improvements.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate with internal and external stakeholders while meeting tight deadlines.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in account management, project/program management, or buying
Experience using data to influence business decisions
Experience with business analysis and P&L management
Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in business development, including partner development skills or related experience
Experience in and/or a passion for the TV and digital video markets in Europe
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
Ability to adapt to a quickly changing, fast-paced environment
Proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
Highly proficient in Excel
