About the Role:
Come build the future of entertainment with us. We are seeking a Senior Partner Manager to join our Prime Video Channels content team and support the Prime Video Channels business EU-wide. The successful candidate will oversee action plans based on deep-dive analysis of both internal and external metrics and provide recommendations on how to both grow the business and improve the partner experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and understand all internal and external variables that impact EU partners, including monitoring, understanding, and reporting on the business, as well as executing projects to achieve business objectives.
• Drive process improvements and the use of operational excellence best practices while designing long-term solutions.
• Have a thorough understanding of the industry, seasonality, and business trends/events, and continually monitor industry developments.
• Have a complete understanding of the customer and partner needs, both existing and potential, and use that knowledge to make recommendations to Prime Video Leadership on process and partner experience improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate with internal and external stakeholders while meeting tight deadlines.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in account management, project/program management, or buying
- Experience using data to influence business decisions
- Experience with business analysis and P&L management
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in business development, including partner development skills or related experience
- Experience in and/or a passion for the TV and digital video markets in Europe
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
- Ability to adapt to a quickly changing, fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
- Highly proficient in Excel
