The Equity Derivatives Team is a key part of this mission, and we are seeking a highly skilled individual to support our transformation efforts.

This role will be a key member of our Middle Office team, working closely with the Change Management team to review strategic opportunities for innovative solutions to help re-engineer processes, build scale, and mitigate risk. You will identify and work with stakeholders and key organizations to ensure program and project scope definition meets business objectives and build and maintain relationships with each.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the transformation efforts for Equities across various trading desks and depositories.
  2. Act as a subject matter expert to support efforts for Data Consent Order deliverables.
  3. Work closely with the Change Management team to review strategic opportunities for innovative solutions.
  4. Identify and work with stakeholders and key organizations to ensure program and project scope definition meets business objectives.
  5. Escalate program risks to the Markets Ops transformation lead and other senior management as appropriate.
  6. Provide support and coordination to work with the program and project management team to manage Book of Work.
  7. Support the development of an effective control framework that fully meets Audit, Compliance, and Regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  1. BS/BA Degree or equivalent work experience.
  2. Ability to work in a structured, high-volume, time-sensitive, high-risk, and demanding environment.
  3. Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive.
  4. Strong risk management and control mindset.
  5. Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
