Deputy Home Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Home Manager to join our client's beautiful care home in Norfolk. Our client is a leading care home group renowned for their exceptional care and dedication to wellbeing.

About the Role:

  • Assume full management responsibilities in the Home Manager's absence, overseeing care staff and ensuring the smooth operation of the care home.
  • Collaborate with residents' families and organisations to provide effective communication and support.
  • Maintain care plans and assist with resident pre-admission assessments.
  • Contribute to the creation of a family-like atmosphere for both staff and residents.
