About the Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of commercial and cost management of a project or group of projects. You will ensure that robust cost management processes are always undertaken, with accurate and timely reports, data, and analysis on hand to assist in commercial decisions. You will also work in collaboration with the Delivery Team to identify, implement, and monitor efficiency plans throughout the lifecycle of a project or programme of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of commercial and cost management of a project or group of projects.
- Ensure robust cost management processes are always undertaken.
- Work in collaboration with the Delivery Team to identify, implement, and monitor efficiency plans.
About You
To be considered for this position, you will have extensive experience in managing costs and a passion for pursuing a career in Commercial Management. You will have first-class customer service and leadership skills, with an in-depth knowledge of construction and safety. You will be comfortable challenging processes, practices, and norms to improve the overall commercial offering to the business.
