About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about improving outcomes for parents and children. As a Senior Clinical Practitioner, you will be responsible for:
- Providing clinical supervision and guidance to clinicians within the service
- Developing and implementing service development projects within the service area
- Coordinating and contributing to the development and dissemination of evidence-based parenting interventions
- Working closely with senior leadership to ensure the service is accessible, acceptable, and effective
The successful candidate will have:
- Advanced training in clinical supervision and management
- Experience of working in parenting, child, and adolescent mental health
- Experience of developing, planning, and providing large- and small-scale workforce development, training, and teaching
- Extensive experience of health services research, evaluation, audit, and dissemination
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A qualification in a profession allied to medicine or a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
- Registration with the HCPC or similar professional body
- Advanced training in management and clinical supervision
