We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Practitioner to join our Transformation Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise in the development and implementation of evidence-based parenting interventions.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about improving outcomes for parents and children. As a Senior Clinical Practitioner, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing clinical supervision and guidance to clinicians within the service
  • Developing and implementing service development projects within the service area
  • Coordinating and contributing to the development and dissemination of evidence-based parenting interventions
  • Working closely with senior leadership to ensure the service is accessible, acceptable, and effective
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • Advanced training in clinical supervision and management
  • Experience of working in parenting, child, and adolescent mental health
  • Experience of developing, planning, and providing large- and small-scale workforce development, training, and teaching
  • Extensive experience of health services research, evaluation, audit, and dissemination
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A qualification in a profession allied to medicine or a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
  • Registration with the HCPC or similar professional body
  • Advanced training in management and clinical supervision
