Packing Line Operator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Packing Line Operator to join our client's team in North Scarle, Lincoln. The successful candidate will be responsible for running a packing line, including product feed, bagging, technical checks, and recording palletization, and finished product transfer to warehouse via FLT.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture, segregation, and transfer of waste for rework
  • Operate a packing line to ensure efficient and accurate production
  • Conduct technical checks to ensure product quality
  • Record palletization and finished product transfer to warehouse

Requirements:
  • Background in manufacturing, preferably in food or FMCG
  • Availability to start work as soon as possible
  • Own transport due to remote location

About the Role:
This is a temporary on-going position with a view to be offered a permanent contract depending on performance. The role involves working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, rotating between days and nights.
