Experienced Teaching Assistant

Job Description:
Experienced Cover Supervisors are required to work in secondary schools across Stoke-On-Trent and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of schools by supervising and managing classrooms, delivering pre-prepared lesson plans, and maintaining a safe and orderly learning environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience working as a Cover Supervisor or similar role in a secondary school setting.
- Strong classroom management skills and ability to maintain discipline.
- Flexibility, reliability, and ability to adapt to different school environments.
- A DBS check is essential.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience. As an employee of ABC Teachers, you will receive excellent daily rates paid weekly, guaranteed pay scheme, pension contributions, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
