Adult and Older Adult Care Coordinator

Job Description
We are recruiting for a skilled CMHT Practitioner to work within our Adult and Older Adult teams, providing specialist mental health support to individuals across Manchester and the surrounding areas.
In this fulfilling role, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of service users, delivering therapy sessions, and promoting recovery through collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams.
About the Position

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Hold a relevant qualification from a recognized regulatory body (NMC, HCPC, or Social Work England).
