Job Summary

The Strategy Team at Barts Health NHS Trust is looking for a seasoned Senior Strategy Manager to join their team. This exciting opportunity will involve supporting the development of the trust's long-term vision, clinical, and corporate strategies.

Key responsibilities will include working closely with system partners on the Acute Provider Collaborative and Integrated Care System, as well as leading complex strategic projects and supporting large programs of work central to the trust's objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of NHS strategy, policy, priorities, and structures, as well as experience in managing integrated projects with multiple stakeholders.

As a Senior Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing complex information, developing potential options, and recommending the most appropriate course of action. Strong communication skills are essential for presenting complex ideas to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Masters-level qualification or equivalent experience

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
