Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Internal Sales Business Development Specialist to join our CMC Division at Panel Systems, a leading UK manufacturer and distributor of bespoke panel & insulation products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and business development initiatives
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and business development initiatives
  • Strong understanding of the panel and insulation products market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
