We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to join our team as a Band 6 Community Mental Health Practitioner.

Job Requirements- A degree in mental health nursing or a related field.
- Experience of working with individuals with complex mental illness and substance misuse difficulties.
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
- Able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
