Job Title: Bar Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at Clearwell Castle. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for the operational running of the bars, including increasing venue beverage sales, ensuring staff are fulfilling their duties, and leading by example.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the bar operations, including stock control, cash handling, and product ordering
  • Lead a team of bar staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase beverage sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Venue Manager to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a bar management role, with a strong background in hospitality and customer service
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
