Sales and Marketing Specialist

To succeed as an Internal Sales Engineer, you'll need to manage and interpret both new and existing customer requirements. Providing pre-sales technical expertise and product education to new and existing customers is also key. Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships is crucial, as well as calculating accurate and competitive sales quotations and preparing tenders, proposals, designs, and technical documents to meet customer deadlines. Follow-up quotations and offer after-sales service and support. Additionally, you'll need to enter all sales orders onto Sage. This role requires a strong sales background, ideally within manufacturing, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong IT skills with proficiency in Sage are also essential, as well as HVAC knowledge. Tenacity, enthusiasm, and determination are necessary, along with outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
