We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead our operational teams and drive improvement and transformation programmes across our Trust.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality services and will be able to inspire and motivate our staff to achieve our vision of 'great healthcare from great people'.

As part of our 'We care' approach, the Chief Operating Officer will work closely with our staff, stakeholders, and Board to shape and drive our improvement and transformation programmes, while strengthening internal governance arrangements.

We are one of the largest hospital trusts in England, serving a local population of around 800,000 people. Our Trust is committed to providing safe, effective, and high-quality services to those who access them.
