About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Manager to join our team at Caremark Ltd. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our home care office, including recruiting and managing your team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care services.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the care team and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Care Manager who has a passion for delivering high-quality care services. You will have a strong background in health and social care, with a minimum of NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary up to £39,000 depending on experience, plus performance-related bonuses, additional specific customer growth bonus scheme, holiday pay, employer-funded workplace pension scheme, office social events, and more.
