About You

To be successful in this role, you need to be educated to GCSE level or equivalent, have relevant qualifications, and possess experience in researching, creating, designing, and delivering management development programmes. You should also be skilled and knowledgeable in the development of leaders and managers, learning and organisational development models, continual improvement approaches, methodologies, and ability to deliver creative and engaging Management Development events through excellent training and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver induction, people policy, management development, bespoke development programmes for teams, personal skills, and other training activities.
  • Collaborate with the People and Culture Leadership team to influence organisational matters and support the delivery of the People Plan.
  • Train, guide, coach, and advise people managers on good people-practise during change and transition.

The salary for this role is approximately £62,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Benefits include competitive salary, 33 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), cycle to work scheme, electric vehicle scheme, health and wellbeing portal, discounts, and more.
