We are looking for a highly motivated Mental Wellness Specialist to join our team at Thrive Tribe.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our participants by helping them achieve their health goals.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Providing emotional support and guidance to participants
- Maintaining accurate records of participant progress and weight loss
About Thrive Tribe's Programmes:
Our unique initiatives have been designed to support overweight men in improving their physical and mental health through football leagues. We have partnered with the English and Welsh FAs and Sport England to deliver our programmes.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer literacy for data entry purposes
- First Aid qualification
- Access to personal transportation for transporting equipment
Salary and Benefits:
Our Mental Wellness Specialist will receive a salary of £19 per hour (dependent on experience), plus free membership to a MAN v FAT Football Club and access to employee wellbeing programmes.
Location: The role is based at Moor End Academy, Huddersfield (Monday evenings) with some remote work required.
Total Annual Salary: £3948 - £5236
