About the Role

This position requires you to work closely with our team to ensure the highest standard of care and comfort for our residents. As a Hospitality Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean working environment in the dining room and server area, as well as providing support to visitors and staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintaining a Clean Working Environment: Ensure that the dining room and server area are kept clean and tidy at all times.
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional hospitality service to residents, visitors, and staff members.
  • Safeguarding Adults: Participate in safeguarding adults procedures and promote a culture of respect and dignity within the home.
