Care Services Director Role Overview

The Care Services Director will oversee 3–4 Supported Living services and directly manage the support team. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Team Manager/Scheme Manager, with skills to effectively manage Supported Living properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the support team to deliver outstanding, outcome-focused care and support.
  • Manage a high-performing team to achieve great results.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement plans within the service.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a CQC regulated environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to lead the team efficiently.
  • Ability to manage a high-performing team to achieve great results.
