Learning and Development Trainer Role

We are seeking a skilled Learning and Development Trainer to join our team at Brainkind. As a Learning and Development Trainer, you will play a vital role in creating an engaging learning environment for our staff, enhancing our Learning and Development outcomes, and making a real difference to the quality of care and support delivered to our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality training interventions to different audiences
  • Develop and implement effective learning strategies to meet the needs of our staff
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of training programs
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and opportunities
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs

Requirements:

  • Recognised training qualification (e.g., PTLLS, Cert in Education CIPD or equivalent)
  • MAYBO accredited (desirable)
  • Experience of designing and delivering L&D interventions to different audiences
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with a wide audience
  • Knowledge of the health and social care sector is desirable but not essential
