Automotive Maintenance Specialist

Job Title: Vehicle Technician
Location: Weybridge, Surrey
We require a skilled Vehicle Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs at our busy workshop. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a high level of technical expertise.
The annual salary for this role is £42,000, negotiable based on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer ongoing manufacturer-backed training to help you develop your skills and progress within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks, including servicing and repairs
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues using advanced diagnostic equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all customers receive a first-class experience
Requirements:
- Valid MOT license and/or equivalent certification
- Desirable: EV and F-gas training, or equivalent experience
- Excellent technical knowledge of modern vehicles, including hybrid technology
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
