Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled Paraplanning Professional to join our team at Stratton Wealth Management. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality advice to our clients, working closely with our advisers and administration team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service.


Main Responsibilities



  • Analyse client financial data to identify areas for improvement and develop comprehensive financial plans.
  • Prepare and review suitability reports, ensuring they are accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with advisers to develop and implement tailored investment strategies, focusing on delivering exceptional results for our clients.
  • Proactively manage multiple cases, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and ensure seamless delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, advisers, and internal stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements



  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in paraplanning or a related field.
  • CII Level 4 Certificate in Paraplanning or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, with the ability to assess suitability and provide technical commentary.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, advisers, and internal stakeholders.
